Neighbor to Neighbor
Summer Crisis is available beginning July 1 - August 31, 2010. All eligible households must applyfor Summer Crisis before applying for Neighbor to Neighbor. If you are a Senior Citizen or have a Certified Medical Condition first call the Breathing Association to apply for the Summer Crisis Program. All other households call us and we will check to see if you are eligible for the Neighbor to Neighbor Grant. Please note if you have completed an application since Oct. 1, 2009 you can not be considered for a grant until after October 1, 2010.
You do not need to be a client of YACD to receive a grant.
