Young Adult Community Development now has three mentoring programs
Crossing Jordan, Life Skill Coach and My Life
Crossing Jordan matches a young adult aging out of foster care with a foster care alumni to give advice and guidiance as the young adult makes the transition from out of home care to living independently.
My Life matches a youth who has a parent that is incarcerated with a responsible adult. When possible the mentor will assist with family reunivication.
Life Skill Coach matches a women leaving prison with a caring adult women to give guidance and pastorial care as she makes the transition from the life before and during prison to a new life.
